Terms and Condition of Trade

To the fullest extent legally possible, dealings between ‘The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing (and each subsidiary affiliate, associated company or customers), relating to equipment, products and services provided or received are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Trade set out herein, unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Terms and conditions of trade are subject to conditional change at the discretion of The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing and /or its service providers.
All Service standards are set by The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing, and carried out by the service provider, in accordance with our company policies. 
Client must provide insurance cover of specified vehicle left at premises. As we satisfy a suitable working environment for the service by The Ultimate Detailer.

Provision of work area in a commercial application is in compliance with reasonable health and safety, management and body corporate  regulations.
The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing will not be responsible for any accidental personal injury incurred by service provider, public persons or client during or after the service is provided.

The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing  and its service providers will not be responsible for power loss or surge that may occur at time of service. The client will be responsible for the charges for all or part of service provided if the service is unable to be completed in such circumstance. 
The Ultimate Detailer Car detailing and it’s service providers will not be responsible for vehicle damage, or property theft that may occur at the vehicle location after the service is completed and the service provider has provided the vehicle keys and/ or the invoice to the customer.

The service provider reserves the right to decline a service if the workload for the service is considered to be in excess of that stated by client at time of booking, or will inform the client the service needs to be upgraded accordingly, and notify client of additional service requirements and additional charges if applicable.

The service provider may decline a service if the vehicle is considered unsafe or unhealthy for the service provider, or a suitable working environment cannot be provided to complete service effectively.

The client must advise of any circumstances that may affect the efficiency for the service provider to perform the tasks outlined in the service description within the allocated time. Additional charges may apply if the service is delayed due to these circumstances.

 
Payment Terms and Conditions

By entering the Premises and leaving vehicle to be left for The Ultimate Detailer services, it is binded by the Terms & Conditions stated here on this Page, “Terms & Condtions.” The client must pay the full amount stated on the invoice issued by the service provider within the payment terms stated on invoice, and upon signing or providing pin on credit card/eftpos transactions or payment of the invoice the client has agreed that the service has been provided to the clients full satisfaction.

A cancellation fee of 30% of total of invoice will be charged to the client upon failure to notify The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing of intention to cancel a confirmed booking with at least 24hrs notice.

Fees do not apply for bookings cancelled by The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing and service provider, due to bad weather, or other unforseen delays. The service provider will provide the client with alternative booking times upon such cancellation. 

The client may refer to the management of The Ultimate Detailer Car Detailing if unsatisfied with any aspect of the service providers performance, professionalism service or attitude. Car Detailing of intention to cancel a confirmed booking with at least 24hrs notice.

Costs of Recovery – The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by The Ultimate Detailer in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement including recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis.

When Client picks up vehicle, inspection and satisfactory expectations are met, payment, is acceptance that work we have carried out is accepted. Paint Correction applications are not guaranteed to 100% levels, as we only can guarantee up to 92% of the vehicles paintwork to be flawlessly machine polished of flaws, the other 8% allows room for flaws that cannot be removed by way of machine polishing up to restricted times, levels and techniques upon and within guidelines  and restrictions, as finish levels, whether it be basic or concours, are met with fair practice and fair acceptance. When clients car enters premises and client leaves the car within the premises for worked to be carried out, client must also have insurance cover on their own car, as we do not accept all faults, even though we have insurance in place. When PPF or paint protection film is applied, certain aspects of PPF coverage cannot be met, e.g intricate areas like grills, hard to reach areas, defined edges that will only expose PPF to roll up and curl up causing PPF flaws of lifting to be susceptible. Lifting and bubbling, and dirt under film can be avoided but we do not guarantee, as PPF is a “flawed” product and cannot be perfect or bullet-proof. PPF and Coatings are to aid, the term of “paint-protection” and the stipulations within “the Ultimate Detailer” guidelines are to help, assist resistance and cannot be “paint defect proof.” Paint Protection Film is stone resistance, and not stone or chip proof. When applying Paint Protection Film, we do not guarantee that the whole area of the the panel is covered, especially custom jobs, which in turn, means that the specified car or vehicle has a exisiting template.

We as “The Ultimate Detailer” would like to emphasize, that once payment has been made after inspection, and when the client drives away with the car, we accept that the client is happy and is satisfied with our services, and that future demands that meet or suit client refunds and limited to valid reasons, and ones that we have already stipulated.
